David Fillpot

CEO, Co-Founder

David Fillpot founded two highly successful companies: Alaras, a multi-million dollar enterprise technology company, and Massage-To-Go, the largest onsite corporate massage company in the San Francisco Bay Area.
David has led numerous sales initiatives, acquiring clients including Wells Fargo; Crate and Barrel; the Cities of Oakland, Berkeley, and Concord; Kaiser Permanente; Lehman Brothers; Pulte Homes; Ameriquest; Argent Mortgage; Car Smart; SPL World Group; US Technology; and many others. An enthusiastic and powerful motivator, master coach, entrepreneur, and professional speaker, David has studied with such prominent thought leaders as Matthew Fox, Richard Bolles, Clarissa Pinkola-Estés, Rupert Sheldrake, and Brian Swimme.
David worked as a coach and registered counselor for 15 years and served as adjunct faculty and program developer at the City University of Seattle. He is certified as a Master Coach, Relationship Workshop Leader, and Speaking Circles Facilitator.
He holds the degrees of M.Div. from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California, and M.S. in Counseling from California State University, Fresno. He co-founded two Unity Churches (Lake Houston, Texas and Berkeley, California) and has served on various non-profit boards of directors.

Rosalinda Martinez

President, Co-Founder

Rosalinda Martinez is a Certified Public accountant. She has studied with Dr. Herb Agan at the Jung Center of Houston since 2005, and has attended and led many retreats.
Rosalinda holds a B.A. in French and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston and is fluent in Spanish and French. Over the past seven years, Rosalinda has worked on large corporate auditing projects in South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia. She is an expert at increasing business efficiency, for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500.
